We are quipped with a wide range of amenities including fully equipped kitchens, luxurious linens, toiletries, entertainment options, and more, ensuring that you have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Stay connected effortlessly with our accommodations' high-speed Wi-Fi and modern connectivity features, allowing you to easily access the internet, stream your favorite shows, stay connected with loved ones, and work remotely if needed.
We are not allowed to have oversized vehicles or any type of trailer on the property as many of the homes are in an HOA community and a fine maybe assessed.
Reservations are fully refundable up to 14 days prior to check-in time. 50% refundable between 14-7 days prior to check-in time. Non-refundable within 7 days of check-in time.
For the protection of our guests and staff, all guests are required to complete a pre-check-in verification which includes a valid picture ID.
All reservations required a NON-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $41.00. This replaces a security deposit hold and the fee is good for up to 30 days.
Weekly, monthly, and 12 week discounts are available for reservations. They may be used with your 5% lifetime discount as well. No other discounts can be applied to previously discounted reservations.
Some of our properties are dog friendly. Please inquire which properties will allow dogs.
All homes are equipped with a Wynd device to detect all types of smoking (cigarette, marijuana, and or vaping) and also to gauge decibel levels. No recording of guests. Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep the noise levels to a respectable volume. Only smoke in designated areas of the house only and dispose of cigarette butts in the container outside on the back porch area.
All guests will be required to sign off on our House Rules, These include but are not limited to no smoking inside the property, no partying, no pets, no trailer/oversized vehicles, no disturbing the neighbors in our HOA communities.
Sometimes we can be flexible on arrival and departure dates and times. If you are unable to select the dates you would like in the calendar, please contact us. Check-in is at 4pm (Central) and checkout is at 10am (Central). Please check with us for a late checkout option.
Please advise your requirements at the time of booking and we will confirm if it’s possible to accommodate an early check-in time or a later checkout time as a nominal fee would apply.
You will receive your check-in instructions the day of arrival or the day before arrival.
