Damage Waiver Policy:
Instead of a big deposit, we charge a $39 nonrefundable fee per reservation (covers 30 days). Stays longer than 30 days require extra waivers. Prices may change with availability—just like game-day ticket prices!
Smoking/Vaping Inside:
Keep it fresh—smoking or vaping indoors triggers a $250 per day fine plus a nightly charge of $125 until the space is back in top shape (verification by our cleaner is all we need).
